COSTUME PICTURES
Pictures will be held on May 10 & 11 at the studio. Order forms are available at the front desk. You will need one for each individual costume picture you plan to order. All students should attend whether you plan to order or not. Please check in first with CARLSON CREATIVE IMAGES in studio 2, and remember they don't allow parents to view pictures being taken. Light makeup is recommended. Hair for ALL age levels is one high right side bun that is tight and secure. This should be done prior to arriving. HAIR PRACTICE WEEK IS MAY 6 - 9! Required shoes and "studio" tan tights are to be worn. Ballet classes must have "studio" pink tights. Make sure you have your name written on shoes and costumes. Arrive at least 30 min. before appointed time. Pictures will be available for pick up at recital! Parents who have a balance on tuition will not be allowed to order pictures. Please NO charging tights at pictures or recital, you must pay at the time of purchase! Thanks for your cooperation! NO exceptions!!
PRE-REGISTRATION
Pre-registration for summer classes will be held on Sat. May 4 from 10:00- 2:00 pm. $10 registration fee will be waived for currently enrolled students who drop off your forms with a check on this day. If you are unable to attend, you may register the following week during classes. Remember, ONLY summer students have the opportunity to perform & appear in parades. AND these Parents get to pre-register for FALL!!!!!
TICKETS
Recital tickets go on sale at the studio ( for reserved seating) on Saturday, May 4 from 10 - 2 pm. All tickets are $11.00. Recital volunteers get early entry on this day. If you did not pick up your time slot, you may do so at the desk. You may also drop off your pre-registration forms early on Sat. May 4. See you there!!!
ATTN. TOTS:
Tumble Tots will get to sit with parents after the pre-show. Tiny tots & Beg. students will get to sit with parents after intermission. Please bring them back to cafeteria after "HERCULES" for the finale.
REHEARSALS
NO CLASS- 5/27 & 5/28
ACT ONE - Wed. May 29 at NSHS auditorium
ACT TWO - Thur. May 30 at NSHS auditorium
Rehearsal schedules are on the reverse side of this letter. It is mandatory that all students attend. Please be ready to dance at least 30 minutes prior to your time. Hair and makeup should be completed before arrival. ALL students must remain backstage during dress rehearsal until they have completed their last number. All recital volunteers must be available during this time. Video and flash photos are welcome on these days, but are not allowed the days of the shows. Diva Dance Co. parents will provide concession during the dress rehearsals and shows.

SILVERSPOON VIDEO has returned back to us this year for the highest quality recital dvd! Please order in advance!
YOUNGER STUDENTS should arrive at the high school at 6 pm and level one and up at 5:30 pm. There will be signs to guide you to backstage & cafeteria. Students in level II and below report to cafeteria, level III to a classroom & level IV & up backstage. Makeup & hair should be done before arrival including brown eye shadow, black eyeliner/mascara, red lipstick & blush. STUDENTS MUST NOT WEAR UNDERWEAR UNDER TIGHTS!! All students must remain backstage. Flowers, souvenirs & concession will all be provided by the Diva Dance Co. & BLOOMERS.
